Le whisky Yellow Spot a été vu pour la dernière fois en Irlande entre le milieu et la fin des années 1960. Créé et vendu par Mitchell & Son Wine and Spirit Merchants, Yellow Spot a toujours été un whisky de 12 ans légèrement sucré en raison de l'inclusion d'un alcool à un seul pot qui a été vieilli dans des fûts de vin espagnols de Malaga. Inspiré de l'original, Yellow Spot est le goût rare d'un whisky irlandais Pot Still de style bonder. La maturation dans des fûts de Bourbon, des mégots de Sherry et des fûts de Malaga crée un whisky superbement complexe avec des notes de tête fraîches et douces.
Notes de dégustation
Nez- Floral au début avec un peu de paille, une sensation d'herbe. Avec le temps vient la douceur : du caramel, du miel et même une belle note de brioche à la cannelle. Doux, grosses notes de céréales. Tout autour, belle présentation avec quelques touches de pêche/abricot.
Goût- Coup de miel droit. Belle douceur aux saveurs de café frais, de chocolat au lait crémeux et de crème brûlée.
Terminer- Excellent affichage. Encore du miel mais avec du chocolat au lait, de l'orge sèche et des fruits secs. Longueur moyenne.
Commentaires – Un whisky très complet, Équilibré dans toutes les catégories. Pas robuste, mais saveur sage très élégante pour le haut de gamme. Plus de whisky irlandais devrait être comme ça.

Delivery

If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification, the delivery will not be completed, and the products will be returned to For Whiskey Lovers.

Returns and Refunds
3.1. For Whiskey Lovers takes great care in packaging and delivering your order to ensure its quality and condition. In the event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support within seven (7) days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
3.2. Refunds or replacements will be processed at For Whiskey Lovers' discretion after evaluating the nature of the issue. We may request additional information or photographic evidence to facilitate the return process.
