Westward est un whisky single malt américain de Portland, Oregon. Inspiré par les traditions de brassage artisanal du nord-ouest du Pacifique, Westward commence par brasser méticuleusement la meilleure bière pour la distillation en moulant et en cuisinant du malt d'orge pâle local à deux rangs et en fermentant lentement avec de la levure de bière américaine Chico. Westward est distillé en double pot pour un caractère exceptionnel et vieilli dans de nouveaux fûts de chêne américain de couleur moyenne.

Cette petite distillerie artisanale de Portland utilise 100 % d'orge maltée, ce qui est plutôt inhabituel pour un whisky américain et il est également cultivé dans leur région du nord-ouest du Pacifique. En effet, leur production s'apparente davantage au scotch en ce sens qu'il est distillé deux fois dans des alambics à pot et ils nous disent que la fermentation se fait avec de la levure de bière, que nous appellerions ici la levure de bière.
La maturation se déroule sur au moins deux ans dans du chêne américain légèrement carbonisé. Il n'est pas filtré à froid avant la mise en bouteille et la production se fait en petits lots.

Arôme : Arôme robuste et fruité, avec des notes crémeuses de vanille et de cassonade
Goût : Épices à pâtisserie, fruits luxuriants et malt doux
Finale : Tabac, chocolat noir et cuir avec une douceur de chêne persistante qui cède la place aux fruits à noyau

Delivery

2.2. You acknowledge that the delivery of alcoholic beverages requires the recipient to be of legal drinking age. Our delivery personnel may request proof of age upon delivery. If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification, the delivery will not be completed, and the products will be returned to For Whiskey Lovers.

Returns and Refunds
3.1. For Whiskey Lovers takes great care in packaging and delivering your order to ensure its quality and condition. In the event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support within seven (7) days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
3.2. Refunds or replacements will be processed at For Whiskey Lovers' discretion after evaluating the nature of the issue. We may request additional information or photographic evidence to facilitate the return process.
3.3. For Whiskey Lovers reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to a change of mind, personal taste preference, or improper storage of the products after delivery.
