Redbreast 27 ans a passé 27 ans à mûrir sous les yeux attentifs du maître mélangeur de Midleton Billy Leighton et du mélangeur Dave McCabe, qui ont décidé de poursuivre la construction de la célèbre base de fûts de bourbon et de sherry si synonyme de Redbreast avec l'ajout de un fût de porto rubis.
Depuis plus de 30 ans, l'équipe de Midleton se rend dans la vallée du Douro au Portugal, où le porto est produit depuis deux mille ans, pour découvrir les plus belles caves de la région dans le but d'offrir aux buveurs une expérience gustative vraiment unique. Après s'être procuré des fûts de porto rubis, les maîtres les ont remplis de distillat d'alambic avant de les laisser mûrir.
Les fûts de porto rubis confèrent des caractéristiques de fruits charnus avec des notes de chêne grillé qui complètent le style riche et robuste du distillat.
Le blender Dave McCabe ajoute : "Embouteillés à 54,6 % de force de fût, les fûts de porto rubis apportent des notes de mangue, d'ananas et de baies à la saveur robuste du Redbreast 27 ans, le distinguant clairement des expressions précédentes de la collection, foulant un bel équilibre entre tradition et innovation.”

Arôme : Un mélange de fruits exotiques et de baies rouges, complété par des herbes fraîches et des épices boisées. La douceur de la vanille et le caramel à la mélasse se combinent avec le goût de noisette du chêne grillé.
Goût : Une texture incroyablement riche avec une combinaison luxueuse de fruits à noyau mûrs et de baies d'été, équilibrée par le piquant d'un soupçon d'huile de piment. Le menthol de cerise, la vanille et les épices douces de cannelle complètent le poivron rouge, la muscade et le chêne grillé.
Finale : Un équilibre long et satisfaisant de fruits mûrs et d'épices boisées, digne d'un voyage de près de trois décennies.

Returns and Refunds
