Cette version a été distillée dans un petit alambic en cuivre de notre distillerie de Potrero Hill à San Francisco, à partir d'un moût de malt de seigle à 100 %. Le seigle était le grain de prédilection des premiers distillateurs américains, et l'utilisation d'un moût de malt de seigle à 100 % produit un whisky américain unique.
