Grown at altitudes reaching nearly 900 meters, the grapes benefit from rocky limestone soils and a cool continental climate that enhances their natural character. Crafted without filtration or manipulation, this expression of Xinomavro captures the essence of Siatista’s ancient yet resilient terroir—an area revitalized by Dimitrios Diamantis and George Papageorgiou after decades of near abandonment.
In the glass, this medium-bodied red reveals a vivid aromatic bouquet of wild red flowers, lilac, and poppies that mingle with delicate spice and soft, sweet undertones.
