Une robe paille pâle cache un spiritueux aux arômes délicieusement complexes de poire fraîche, de céréales grillées et de gousse de vanille. Les saveurs du verger se traduisent magnifiquement par un palais chargé de succulents fruits du verger et d'une douceur succulente sans aucune arête vive. L'arôme est séduisant et fruité, comme des poires fraîches, tandis que le palais est soyeux et moelleux. Un noyau fruité est étagé avec de la vanille, des notes de caramel au beurre salé et de croissant au beurre, ainsi qu'une légère pincée de cannelle et de clou de girofle.Nez piquant et décadent avec du citron Meyer confit, de la poire pochée, de la terre rocheuse brûlée et une profonde personnalité d'amande épicée. Riche et rappelant la pomme en bouche avec une touche de noix de muscade et de gingembre avant une finale vigoureuse.
Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old Irish Single Malt Whisky est un whisky moelleux, bien rond et bien équilibré avec une intensité moyenne. Il a un fruit brillant et élégant et un goût légèrement épicé avec une finale nette de longueur moyenne

Couleur : Belle couleur paille pâle/jaune rappelant le vin blanc muscadet ; pureté idéale.
Arôme : Les inhalations d'ouverture rencontrent des arômes richement biscuités et maltés/granuleux/céréales pour petit-déjeuner. Plusieurs minutes de contact avec l'air ajoutent des notes poivrées/végétales et épicées intrigantes.
Goût : L'entrée est équilibrée, ciblée et intégrée, légèrement astringente et agréablement fruitée. Le milieu de bouche a des goûts délicats de guimauve, de cassonade, de vanille boisée et de massepain.
Commentaire : Un whisky single malt irlandais poli et mature sélectionné et mis en bouteille à l'âge idéal. L'un des meilleurs embouteillages du château de Knappogue à ce jour. Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Returns and Refunds
