Le maître distillateur de Jefferson Bourbon, Trey Zoeller, est un grand fan des vins de Cabernet Sauvignon de la Haute Vallée de la région de Pritchard Hill en Californie. Donc, pour ce whisky en édition limitée, Trey a travaillé avec Cyril Chappellet de la Chappellet Estate Winery - connue pour avoir établi cette région de Napa Valley - en utilisant leurs fûts de vin pour faire vieillir ce bourbon.
La méthode utilisée ici était un double processus de vieillissement en bois, incorporant un mélange de trois bourbons complexes, élégants et sophistiqués qui ont été vieillis dans de nouveaux fûts de chêne américain, puis les ont finis dans des fûts de chêne français qui contenaient autrefois Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon de les hautes pentes rocheuses du vignoble de Chappellet à Sainte-Hélène, Napa Valley.
Ceci, dit Trey, apporte des arômes de mûre, de cerise noire, de réglisse, de chocolat noir et une douceur luxuriante au bourbon.
Notes de dégustation :
Couleur : ambre profond
Arôme : l'acidité et les tanins souples associés au vin sont immédiatement mis en valeur une fois le nez entré dans le verre. suivi de cuir et de fruits rouges à noyau et de notes de noix de cajou, de quatre-quarts et d'une note herbacée terreuse également.
Bouche : dattes et abricots, le tout sous une note proéminente de pâte au beurre avec des notes de zeste de citron et plus de cette saveur de cerise

If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification, the delivery will not be completed, and the products will be returned to For Whiskey Lovers.

Returns and Refunds
