Chaque bourbon Bowman est composé de bourbons Buffalo Trace Mashbill #1 triplement distillés qui passent par l'alambic de finition de la distillerie, puis vieillis à la distillerie A. Smith Bowman. La triple distillation conserve toutes les caractéristiques fantastiques du spiritueux, avec une finale plus propre et plus longue.
Isaac Bowman utilise du whisky de base âgé de 6 à 8 ans vieilli dans des fûts de chêne blanc carbonisés (semblable à Buffalo Trace) qui est ensuite fini dans des fûts de porto pendant 6 à 9 mois, dont beaucoup proviennent de vignobles de Virginie, puis déversés dans un Fooder de 6 000 gallons à «vieillir» selon une méthode de style solera avant la mise en bouteille.
Cette combinaison de fûts de finition produit des saveurs de confiture avec des notes de caramel et d'épices. Isaac Bowman est produit de la même manière que le bourbon fini au port Abraham Bowman de la distillerie, qui a remporté le prix du meilleur bourbon du monde en 2016.
Pour ceux qui se méfient des bourbons trop sucrés, celui-ci s'inspire de l'audace et du caractère du porto sans devenir trop saturé. Le whisky de chaque lot produit de l'Isaac Bowman Straight Bourbon sera réservé pour être mélangé au lot suivant, "pour assurer la cohérence de la saveur et de la couleur".
Notes de dégustation de bourbon fini en fût de port Isaac Bowman :
Couleur : brillante avec un acajou teinté de porto.
Arôme : le porto est perceptible dès le départ, tout comme les fruits compotés - terreux et sucrés. Une autre couche de douceur plus légère rappelait les oursons gommeux, suivie d'épices subtiles.
Bouche : Étagée et complexe. Fruits à noyau cuits dans une pâte (comme les hamantaschen traditionnels ou les tartes aux pruneaux Pueblo). La douceur n'est pas écoeurante, mais plutôt ludique et riche et elle se dissipe bien.
Finition : Un peu de chêne et de charbon chaleureux équilibrent la finale.

Delivery

2.2. You acknowledge that the delivery of alcoholic beverages requires the recipient to be of legal drinking age. Our delivery personnel may request proof of age upon delivery. If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification, the delivery will not be completed, and the products will be returned to For Whiskey Lovers.
2.3. Delivery fees and any applicable taxes or duties will be added to the total order amount. These charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
2.4. For Whiskey Lovers operates within the legal framework of the jurisdiction in which it operates. Returns and Refunds
3.1. For Whiskey Lovers takes great care in packaging and delivering your order to ensure its quality and condition. In the event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support within seven (7) days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
3.2. Refunds or replacements will be processed at For Whiskey Lovers' discretion after evaluating the nature of the issue. We may request additional information or photographic evidence to facilitate the return process.
3.3. For Whiskey Lovers reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to a change of mind, personal taste preference, or improper storage of the products after delivery.
