Balmorhea est une combinaison de trois noms de famille : Balcom, Morrow, Rhea. Ces trois étaient un collectif d'irrigation dans le domaine de la distillerie au début du 20e siècle. La famille de Garrison a d'abord apprécié l'endroit comme lieu de baignade dans un parc d'État : une piscine d'eau douce géante construite autour des sources de San Solomon.
La piscine de 1,3 acre était un projet du New Deal achevé juste après la Grande Dépression. Après plus de cinquante ans, le mur entourant la piscine a commencé à s'effondrer.
Garrison Brothers a commencé à collecter des fonds en 2018 pour parrainer la réparation, et Balmorhea Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey est né. Leurs efforts, combinés à ceux d'autres entreprises texanes et de milliers de donateurs individuels, ont rendu possible la réouverture du pool en 2019.
Ce magnifique Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey est audacieux mais majestueux, ayant été vieilli quatre ans dans de nouveaux fûts de chêne blanc américain, puis transféré dans un deuxième fût neuf de chêne blanc américain et vieilli pendant un an.
Ce bourbon est loué pour une raison. C'est riche et spécial, le genre de choses avec lesquelles vous voulez vous asseoir et penser... c'est tout simplement magnifique. Cela vaut certainement la peine si le bourbon est l'un de vos amours.
En termes simples, ce 2 fois US Micro Whiskey of the Year (remportant Jim Murray's American Micro Whiskey of the year non pas une fois, mais pendant deux années consécutives) et vainqueur de San Francisco Double Gold est un bonbon au bourbon dans une bouteille. Couleur : Balmorhea est un acajou profond très clair, comme un thé sucré fort. Il tapisse le verre et forme rapidement des larmes épaisses. Cette bouteille était livrée dans une jolie boîte noire et comprenait une médaille proclamant les distinctions de Murray. Arôme : Le nez est de cèdre doux et de cassonade mêlés de cerise noire et de tabac à pipe. Bouche : La noix de muscade en approche, suivie d'une pure confiserie : chocolat au lait et noix confites, sauce caramel. Il est agréablement sirupeux en bouche. Le cola à la cerise agit en milieu de bouche, avec un tout petit peu de tanin de thé noir en arrière-plan. Delivery

2.2. You acknowledge that the delivery of alcoholic beverages requires the recipient to be of legal drinking age. Our delivery personnel may request proof of age upon delivery. If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification, the delivery will not be completed, and the products will be returned to For Whiskey Lovers.

Returns and Refunds
3.1. For Whiskey Lovers takes great care in packaging and delivering your order to ensure its quality and condition. In the event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support within seven (7) days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
3.2. Refunds or replacements will be processed at For Whiskey Lovers' discretion after evaluating the nature of the issue. We may request additional information or photographic evidence to facilitate the return process.
3.3. For Whiskey Lovers reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to a change of mind, personal taste preference, or improper storage of the products after delivery.
3.4. For Whiskey Lovers does not offer refunds or returns on international shipments.
