Bruichladdich Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2012 Single Malt a été distillé à partir d'orge cultivée à Islay en 2012. Au total, huit fermes d'Islay se sont réunies pour récolter la récolte 2011 pour Port Charlotte au cours d'un été tumultueux. Chaque agriculteur avait déjà travaillé avec la distillerie, incarnant l'engagement de Bruichladdichs envers la communauté d'Islay, où l'orge locale est élevée, distillée, mûrie et mise en bouteille uniquement sur Islay.
Le whisky est un exemple élégant de pmanger avec finesse, avec 40PPM de tourbe, et a été distillé avec 100 % d'orge écossaise. Le whisky a été vieilli dans 75 % de fûts de Bourbon de premier remplissage et 25 % de fûts de vin de second remplissage, puis mis en bouteille à 50 % ABV

Arôme - Au départ, une note de lin frais et de brise marine sablonneuse se démarque. Le citron piquant, une signature de fruits verts, de la compote de pommes et des poires croquantes suivent. Des notes florales de géranium ressortent avec des roses marines et de la groseille. puis la noix de coco crémeuse trempée dans du chocolat s'ouvre rapidement avec de la fumée de tourbe boueuse, de la bruyère brûlée et de la peau de pêche. notes de vanille et de malt grillé. Les arômes parlent de l'esprit, de la distillation et de l'orge.
Palais - Sur les lèvres, c'est doux et sucré, d'un point de vue textuel, il y a un léger style de miel qui glisse sur le palais. Immédiatement, il y a plus du fût ici, de la vanille, du chocolat au lait et du cèdre léger et du poivre noir. Des scones réchauffés et du miel de malt enveloppés de fumée terreuse et d'abricot doux. onctueuse, mentholée, la tablette apporte une douceur et une touche de sable salé chaud d'Islay.

Returns and Refunds
