Le whisky single malt Blair Athol 23 ans (750 ml) est un single malt naturel brut de fût en édition limitée. De la distillerie Blair Athol rarement vue à Pitlochry, Perthshire. Une première version de Blair Athol dans cette série et la première nouvelle mise en bouteille de Blair Athol depuis 2003. De l'ex-bodega European Oak mégots remplis en 1993.
Notes de dégustation :
Couleur : la couleur du sirop d'églantier, avec des reflets bronze et magenta. Perles et texture riches.
Arôme : Au début vineux et asséchant. Bientôt, cacahuètes cassantes et miel jaillissent ; intensément sucré avec une épine dorsale savoureuse. Des notes de caramel et de caramel continuent, avec une garniture brûlée et des bananes cuites. Ensuite, une couche complexe d'herbes et d'épices; estragon et menthe avec des épices réchauffantes. S'ouvre sur la menthe douce, accompagnée de plus de noix ainsi que de feuilles savoureuses et de notes de sous-bois. Un peu d'eau sèche, et introduit une trace de malt chocolaté.
Corps : Moyen-corsé, avec une texture huileuse et riche.
Goût : Riche, doux, sucré et chaleureux ; fruité aussi. Beaucoup plus savoureux que le nez, avec de l'omble chevalier, du boisé épicé et de la réglisse. La chaleur de la boule d'anis et la douceur du caramel à la mélasse apportent des notes plus légères et plus douces de zeste de citron confit et de pomme à cuire épicée, avant de replonger dans les herbes feuillues et les épices réchauffantes. L'eau soulève doucement la douceur, avec des fruits doux-amers et du chêne, et du poivron.
Finale : Doucement parfumée et épicée, alors que la douceur des crèmes de menthe et du sucre en poudre s'estompe pour laisser un jardin d'herbes aromatiques après la pluie et des épices douces et boisées. Menthe fraîche, avec des notes de sous-bois et de chêne carbonisé.

Delivery

If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification, the delivery will not be completed, and the products will be returned to For Whiskey Lovers.

Returns and Refunds
3.1. For Whiskey Lovers takes great care in packaging and delivering your order to ensure its quality and condition. In the event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support within seven (7) days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
3.2. Refunds or replacements will be processed at For Whiskey Lovers' discretion after evaluating the nature of the issue. We may request additional information or photographic evidence to facilitate the return process.
3.3. For Whiskey Lovers reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to a change of mind, personal taste preference, or improper storage of the products after delivery.
