Aging barrels here allows for a slow and even extraction of flavor, producing a whiskey of exceptional balance and complexity.

Emerald Giant is crafted from hand selected straight rye whiskey barrels aged at least 3 years.

Color : Burnt Orange.
Aroma : Natural rye aroma followed by a mix of brown sugar and cinnamon with a faint hint of pepper.
Palate : Unparalleled spice complexity with smooth rye notes. A hint of honey and orange peel becomes peppery with a lingering cinnamon finish.
