Starlight Carl T Bourbon Port Cask Finish (750mL)

This is the distillery's signature bourbon, named after a 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After 4 years of aging in new, charred American Oak, this Carl T. is finished in a Knobstone Port Barrels for over 8 months. This finish provides notes of dried cherry and orange citrus that complement the characteristic flavors of our flagship bourbon.
