Maestro Patricio Hernández Z. employs time-honored techniques, using Salmiana agave roasted in a masonry oven with oak wood before being milled by a stone wheel. Fermentation takes place in pine vats with a mix of wild yeast and 30% pulque, an ancient method that enhances the spirit’s depth and complexity. Double distilled in copper with only the hearts retained, this aguardiente achieves a pure yet powerful character at 50% ABV.
The profile bursts with bright herbal notes, citrus zest, and a signature minerality, balanced by earthy undertones and a whisper of smoke. The pulque fermentation imparts a subtle tang, complementing the agave’s natural sweetness with hints of green pepper, fresh-cut grass, and delicate floral tones. 1. Do I need to be home to sign for my order?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+ years old) for all alcohol deliveries. Couriers will check ID at the time of delivery. If no adult is available, the package may be returned. No exceptions can be made.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. During high-volume periods, such as holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Saver shipping (where available) may take 5–7 days to receive local carrier tracking, with delivery typically 5–7 business days after tracking is assigned.

3. What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?

Carriers will attempt delivery three times before returning the order.

Additional delivery attempts may require an extra delivery fee.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or recipient refusal will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
4. Can shipments be delayed due to weather?
Yes. Many of our products are fragile and heat-sensitive. To prevent heat or freeze damage, shipments may be delayed at our discretion.

Not always. Bottles are not guaranteed to arrive in original packaging unless specifically requested.
