A pale straw color hides a spirit with delightfully complex aromas of fresh pear, toasted cereal, and vanilla bean. The orchard flavors translate beautifully to a palate loaded with succulent orchard fruit and luscious softness without any sharp edges.The aroma is enticingly bright and fruity, like fresh pears, while the palate is silky and mellow. A fruity core is layered with vanilla, hints of salted butterscotch and buttery croissant, plus a light sprinkle of cinnamon and clove.Pungent and decadent on the nose with preserved Meyer lemon, poached pear, singed rocky earth and a deep, spicy almond personality. Rich and apple-like in the mouth with a touch of nutmeg and ginger before finishing hardily.

Color:ÿLovely pale straw/yellow color reminiscent of muscadet white wine; ideal purity.
Aroma:ÿOpening inhalations encounter richly biscuity and malty/grainy/breakfast cereal aromas. Several minutes of air contact adds intriguing pepper/vegetal and spice notes.
Taste:ÿEntry is balanced, focused, and integrated, slightly astringent and nicely fruity. Midpalate has delicate tastes of marshmallow, brown sugar, oaky vanilla, and marzipan.
Comment:ÿA polished and mature Irish single malt whiskey selected and bottled at the ideal age. One of the best Knappogue Castle bottlings to date. Excellent Value

1. Do I need to be home to sign for my order?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+ years old) for all alcohol deliveries. Couriers will check ID at the time of delivery. If no adult is available, the package may be returned. No exceptions can be made.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. During high-volume periods, such as holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Saver shipping (where available) may take 5–7 days to receive local carrier tracking, with delivery typically 5–7 business days after tracking is assigned.

3. What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?

Carriers will attempt delivery three times before returning the order.

Additional delivery attempts may require an extra delivery fee.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or recipient refusal will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
4. Can shipments be delayed due to weather?
Yes. Many of our products are fragile and heat-sensitive. To prevent heat or freeze damage, shipments may be delayed at our discretion.

6. Do you ship bottles in original packaging?
Not always. Bottles are not guaranteed to arrive in original packaging unless specifically requested.

Due to state regulations, alcohol returns are only accepted if the product is spoiled.
