Jefferson Bourbon?s Master Distiller Trey Zoeller is a huge fan of the Upper Valley Cabernet Sauvignon wines from the Pritchard Hill region of California. So for this limited edition whiskey, Trey worked with with Cyril Chappellet of the Chappellet Estate Winery ? known for establishing this area of Napa Valley ? using their wine casks to age this bourbon.
The method used here was a twin wood aging process, incorporating a blend of three complex, elegant and sophisticated bourbons that were aged in new American Oak barrels, and then finishing them in French Oak casks that once held Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon from the high elevation, rocky slopes of the Chappellet vineyard in St. Helena, Napa Valley.
This, Trey says, contributes aromas of blackberry, black cherry, licorice, dark chocolate and a lush sweetness to the bourbon.
Jefferson's Reserve Pritchard Hill Chappellet Cabernet Cask Finished Bourbon Tasting Notes:
Color: deep amber
Aroma: the acidity and soft tannins associated with wine are immediately on offer once the nose enters the glass. followed by leather and some red stone fruit and notes of cashew, pound cake, and a grassy earthy note as well.
Palate:ÿ dates and apricots, all underneath a prominent note of buttery pastry with hints ofÿ lemon zest and more of those cherry-like flavor

If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification, the delivery will not be completed, and the products will be returned to For Whiskey Lovers.

Returns and Refunds
3.1. For Whiskey Lovers takes great care in packaging and delivering your order to ensure its quality and condition. In the event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support within seven (7) days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
3.2. Refunds or replacements will be processed at For Whiskey Lovers' discretion after evaluating the nature of the issue. We may request additional information or photographic evidence to facilitate the return process.
