Charred notes fill the nose, like walking past a dormant fireplace. Dark, toasted flavors of creme brulee, pecan pie, and almond tart coalesce beautifully with subtle oaky vanilla. Brassy, but composed. An after dinner whiskey if there ever were one.

Color: Pretty burnt orange/rust

Aroma is laden with baking spice piquancy, in particular, nutmeg and clove. Flavor-wise, there’s a bounty of baked tropical fruits (pineapple, banana) that are heavily spiced with thyme, sage, parsley. The herbaceousness continues deep into the aftertaste.

Palate: Concentrated spice, nutty notes, vanilla sweetness, sherry fruit flavors
