Glenmorangie Grand Vintage Malt 1997ÿ23-year-old Highland Single Malt was initially matured for 10 years in ex-Bourbon casks.ÿ It then spent the ensuing 13 years in ex-red wine barrels sourced from Chƒteau Montrose in appellation Saint-EstŠphe of Bordeaux. It was during this extended maturation period that they whisky developed it's extraordinary dark berry fruit flavors.
This exceptional vintage bottling was then rounded off by marrying it with whisky which was matured exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks, along with whisky from ex-Oloroso sherry casks as well as "further, secret casks" undisclosed by the distillery.

Glenmorangie Grand Vintage Malt 1997 Tasting Notes:
Aroma: An amazing, fruity-perfumed complexity. Floral notes of roses, jasmine and cloves mix with aromas of red berries, mint toffee, pastries or cakes and top notes of sweets. With a little water more mild, floral notes of roses and cloves emerge, with a subtle spiciness of sweet chilli, cloves and ginger.
Palate:ÿ a slightly tingling, gently spicy tasteÿ is followed by a symphony of sweet candy flavors, red berry fruits with pineapple and pear and mandarin wedges in fruit jelly. With sweet notes of ginger and chili, fine marzipan and candied apples.
Finish:ÿ sweet, rich, long and delicately spicy.

1. Do I need to be home to sign for my order?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+ years old) for all alcohol deliveries. Couriers will check ID at the time of delivery. If no adult is available, the package may be returned. No exceptions can be made.

3. What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?

Carriers will attempt delivery three times before returning the order.

Additional delivery attempts may require an extra delivery fee.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or recipient refusal will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
4. Can shipments be delayed due to weather?
Yes. Many of our products are fragile and heat-sensitive. To prevent heat or freeze damage, shipments may be delayed at our discretion.

Not always. Bottles are not guaranteed to arrive in original packaging unless specifically requested.

Due to state regulations, alcohol returns are only accepted if the product is spoiled.
