Brisk flavors of quince, applewood, and caramel creme flow from this rich, full bodied scotch. The palate shows pure grain character and leans more toward orchard fruit as opposed to vanilla or oak and lead to a dry, assertive finish. Lemon zest, toffee apples - and a scent of coconut. Our signature sherry wood brings intensity and richness, while first fill bourbon casks add fresh notes of citrus and vanilla.
