This high-altitude release reflects a philosophy of restraint and intuition, allowing time and cask influence to guide the final profile rather than force it.
On the nose, vibrant white fruit and citrus rise first, followed by green apple, peach jam, golden raisin, and soft caramel sweetness. The palate is rich and viscous, layered with ripe melon, honey, vanilla wafer, blackberry, and warm spice cake, finishing long with chocolate, gentle tannin, and lingering jammy fruit. 1. Do I need to be home to sign for my order?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+ years old) for all alcohol deliveries. Couriers will check ID at the time of delivery. If no adult is available, the package may be returned. No exceptions can be made.

Saver shipping (where available) may take 5–7 days to receive local carrier tracking, with delivery typically 5–7 business days after tracking is assigned.

3. What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?

Carriers will attempt delivery three times before returning the order.

Additional delivery attempts may require an extra delivery fee.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or recipient refusal will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
4. Can shipments be delayed due to weather?
Yes. Many of our products are fragile and heat-sensitive. To prevent heat or freeze damage, shipments may be delayed at our discretion.

Not always. Bottles are not guaranteed to arrive in original packaging unless specifically requested.
