Made by third-generation maestro Humberto Alvarado, this small-batch expression is rooted in ancestral techniques that honor the purity of Blue Weber agave. Distilled to a potent 55% ABV, it’s an unfiltered, still-strength tribute to tradition—untamed, raw, and deeply expressive.
On the nose, Nuestra Raíces opens with a burst of fresh lime and cut grass, layered with bright notes of grilled vegetables, mint, and grapefruit.
