A limited edition, natural cask strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Caol Ila, an active distillery on the Isle of Islay.
From a batch made once a year, from unpeated malt, for blending in the ?Highland Style?. Distilled in 2000 and matured in refill American Oak and refill European Oak casks, the first of this series to come from the new millenium.
Adopting the forceful style of earlier unpeated expression, this complex CAOL ILA faithfully displays the make?s typical youthful and vibrant DNA as it marries glorious fruit and hints of smoke and the sea with smooth mature tannins, becoming succulent and softly relaxed with water.
Tasting Notes:
Color:ÿ Pale gold with green lights. Pale beading
Aroma: Unhurried, delicate and precise. Opening with fresh green apple above a soft creamy layer of toffee and malt. Maritime notes, with mint, lemon and drying sharpness.
Body:ÿ Light
Taste:ÿ Challenging and powerful, yet essentially fresh, light and spirited, with a sweet taste overall. Cooling menthol, sharp fruit, then lots of malt and toffee. Much more accessible when reduced with water.
Finish:ÿ Powerful, with bracing late menthol and eucalyptus. Soft and smooth with water, with a fennel-like edge and aftertaste of pistachio nuts.

Delivery

2.2. You acknowledge that the delivery of alcoholic beverages requires the recipient to be of legal drinking age. Our delivery personnel may request proof of age upon delivery. If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification, the delivery will not be completed, and the products will be returned to For Whiskey Lovers.

Returns and Refunds
3.1. For Whiskey Lovers takes great care in packaging and delivering your order to ensure its quality and condition. In the event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support within seven (7) days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
3.2. Refunds or replacements will be processed at For Whiskey Lovers' discretion after evaluating the nature of the issue. We may request additional information or photographic evidence to facilitate the return process.
3.3. For Whiskey Lovers reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to a change of mind, personal taste preference, or improper storage of the products after delivery.
