Bushmills 21 Year Old Irish Whiskey (750ml)

Red wine poached pear, dried tobacco, baking spice, and baked apricot on the nose. Much softer and honeyed on the palate with guava and roasted cherry tomato. Quite exotic with an exacting and complex fruit-forward finish.

Tasting Notes: 

Aroma - Caramelized toffee and dark chocolate

Palate - Rich raisins and fruity notes that cling to the palate

Finish - A burst of mint that ends in an intense licorice finale
