BREWERS' WHISKEY MALT WHISKEY (750ml)

New Hollands Brewers Malt Whiskey is a blend of malted barley (86%) and rye (14%) whiskies that each are twice distilled to 140 proof, and then matured in American white oak barrels (8 - 10 gallon) with a heavy char for a 9-month maturation time. The whiskey is then non-chill filtered and bottled at 90 proof.

Color: Deep amber copper color.

Nose: Rich aromas of caramel, vanilla and wood spice, which small casks produce in abundance.

Taste: This complex whiskey opens with burnt sugar and rich mouth feel, moving to cinnamon and clove.

Finish: Strong with a subtle smoke flavor.
