Producido con la misma factura de puré que el bourbon Small Barrel de la destilería (57 % de maíz, 38 % de centeno, 5 % de cebada malteada), Wiggly Bridge Bottled in Bond Bourbon se envejeció en barriles de 53 galones en un almacén bajo depósito federal, bajo las leyes de EE. UU. supervisión gubernamental y se embotella a 100 grados/50 % vol.

Suave y equilibrado con notas dulces de caramelo, clavo, frutos secos, roble claro y carbón de barrica. Con un acabado muy duradero.

    I thought it was ok I'm not a big bourbon drinker just wanted to support a local distillery'.

    Great Maine Whiskey

    It was great overall, nice color, great nose, good first taste. Could use a little rest in the barrel before bottling in my humble opinion but nice warm flavor enjoyed over a little ice I found best.
