Proof and Wood Good Day & Sunshine 21 Year Old Canadian Whiskey is a premium whiskey blend. Distilled in 2000 or before, and aged for 21-years, this blend is composed of corn, rye, and malt whiskey finished in Kentucky barrels that previously held American rye whiskey.

Good Day & Sunshine 21 YO Canadian Whiskey Tasting Notes:

Color: Burnished Copper

Aroma: a sparkling quality with the freshness of tropical citrus and leafy mint, followed by notes of honey and sugar cane.

Palate: initial fruity flavors of citrus and pineapple carried on the darker sweetness of molasses and concentrated honey and hints of mint 

Finish: The flavor of rum is strong with the tropical sweetness of pineapple.
