    Aroma: Bakery sweets in the form of chocolate chip cookie, vanilla bean scone, confectioners’ sugar, and Nutella, along with fresh garden herbs and red apple
    Palate: full and rich palate turns to lemon meringue, vanilla cake, blackberry tart, bitter chocolate, and pecans.
    Finish: long syrupy finish delivers peppery spice, musty attic, and, with water, nutty milk chocolate and baking spice.

      A Pleasant Suggestion From A Friend

      The Representative is a subtle but nuanced bourbon that is not too overbearing on the palette nor on your wallet. I could see why it was lauded the way it was and why my friend suggested picking up a bottle to try.

      Very Nice Bourbon

      The combination of the "bourbon of the year" award and the fair price point seemed too good to be true. I opened a bottle with some friends, and we all agreed that it's a very, very nice bourbon. A little "hot" served neat, no water. But that's not a bad thing in my book. Now, let's make sure the word doesn't get out too widely so I have supply issues in the future....

      Diluted with water to get closer to 35%. Caramel on the nose. Wonderful flavor notes, sooo sweet. Can see why it was rated worlds’ best.
