Grand Traverse Solera Aged Ole George Rye Whiskey (750mL)

Grand Traverse Solera Aged Ole George Rye Whiskey is Ole George rye aged in American white oak, then moved to our cascading Solera system, with The oldest American white oak is on top, toasted high Vanalinn barrels on 2nd tier, and cognac barrels on the bottom.  Over time, 50% of the whiskey is removed from the bottom barrel and replaced from the barrels above.  This cascading method exposes the whiskey to a mix of different oaks and gives the bourbon a constantly evolving depth and complexity.

American white oak, high vanillin toasted oak, and cognac barrels give the whiskey a fantastic flavor. The fractional aging and blending expose the whiskey to a mix of different oak flavors and impart a constantly evolving sophisticated  harmony.  Each other type of barrel will add unique flavors to the rye whiskey.
