The 2017 re-release of Glenmorangie Astar is bottled at 52.5% ABV which represents the whisky in its most natural form and allows the drinker to explore the fullest spectrum of aroma, texture and flavors. Astar is crafted through a meticulous whisky making process in which handpicked slow-growth oak trees from the Ozark mountains of Missouri are chosen for their porous structure, scrupulously hewn, aged, coopered and toasted.
