New Hollands Brewers Malt Whiskey is a blend of malted barley (86%) and rye (14%) whiskies that each are twice distilled to 140 proof, and then matured in American white oak barrels (8 - 10 gallon) with a heavy char for a 9-month maturation time. The whiskey is then non-chill filtered and bottled at 90 proof.
