Part of New Holland's Brewers' Whiskey series, Cask & Smoke uses domestic 2-row malted barley and peat smoked barley sourced from the UK. It is mashed and fermented in house, and then distilled twice to 140 proof. It is matured in 15-gallon American oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months, and then bottled at 90 proof without chill filtering.
Peated malts create balanced smokiness in this barley-based, barrel-aged whiskey.
