Boyden Valley Vermont Ice Maple Cream Liqueur is made with apple brandy produced from Vermont apples. The fermented cider is distilled on a Vendome pot still, producing high quality apple brandy. Boyden Estate, organic, wood fired maple syrup is blended with the apple brandy and fresh cream.
