dunny01's Explorers Club review: Woodford Reserve Distillers Select Single Barrel Small Batch Bourbon
This whiskey was very smooth and didn't seem to have too harsh of a bite, but still tasted very full-bodied.

First impressions: toffe color, America. Redolent of strathtay.
Nice spicy finish with good body
Wow, I am really enjoying this - delightful. Increidble how much it really does smell like raisins. Obviously a Glenmorangie (the bottle shape - d'oh!), but I much prefer it to the standard expression.
NOT helped by water.
Unctuous
Very pleasant
The bottle shape was a giveaway, as was the color. The taste confirmed it. I had some of this less than a week ago with a few friends. This is my least favorite Glenmorangie -- it is a complex flavor, but something about it that just is not as good to me as the other Glenmorangies.
love the initial bite
