Broken Barrel Mizunura Aged Whiskey  is a 4- & 5-year-old blended corn whiskey finished with unused Japanese Mizunara oak staves. A true East-meets-West, bourbon-style whiskey that combines American corn with Japanese oak—an uncommon alchemy not often encountered!

The whiskey was bottltes at 50% ABV

Tasting Notes:

Color: Amber & Caramel

Aroma: Walnuts, Bartlett pear, toffee and dark cherries

Taste: Nutty with layers of sesame and pepper and hints of toasted bread

Finish: Lingering flavors of molasses, leather and lasting charred oak
