All orders are first processed at the end of the business day. If everything you order is in stock, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Occasionally items are out of stock and are not readily available from our suppliers. When this happens we will contact you immediately to discuss other arrangements.
If you would like your order expedited please let us know using the Comments field during checkout. We also would suggest opting for Express shipping.
In order to ensure the safe arrival of all orders, bottles will be removed from their original boxes and shipped securely in specialzed shipping boxes. If you would like to receive the original box please state so in the Comments field during checkout.
All orders will be shipped via common carrier depending on the state. If you opt for Express service, please note that carriers only count BUSINESS DAYS when calculating the time for delivery. If an order ships via 3-Day Express on a Wednesday, delivery is not guaranteed until Monday (Thursday, Friday and Monday are the three days). We can not ship to PO Boxes. All deliveries of alcohol will require an adult signature. If the package is returned to us due to lack of adult signature, shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If you want the package re-shipped additional charges will apply.
Please note, due to state laws we are currently unable to ship alcohol to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas and Utah. We can ship non-alcoholic items such as glassware to these states.
In connection with each transaction, you represent that you may purchase and receive the products ordered in compliance with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, the alcoholic beverage control laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, and that such products will be used only in a lawful manner. By placing an order, you represent that you are 21 years of age or older and you authorize our retail partners to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it delivered.
FORWHISKEYLOVERS DOES NOT SELL OR SHIP ALCOHOL. We work with independent vendors, retailers, manufacturers and other licensed parties (collectively, "PARTNERS").
IN ALL INSTANCES, ALL SALES ARE ADVERTISED, SOLICITED, OFFERED, ACCEPTED, MADE AND DELIVERED BY OUR PARTNERS WHO RECEIVE ALL ORDERS. In all instances, any solicitation, invitation, offer, advertisement or communication is void where prohibited by law. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available by a Partner, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to the purchase including, without limitation, your credit card information, your billing address and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to use any credit card, debit card, gift card, gift certificate or coupon code utilized in connection with any transaction.
Any packages that are refused or unable to be delivered by our common carriers will be returned to the Partner at your expense. They will refund to you any product costs minus shipping costs.

ForWhiskeyLovers.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you experience any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. If you find any errors with the product(s) you receive, or receive damaged goods, please call us immediately at (845) 704-2446 or contact us via email at orders@ForWhiskeyLovers.com. We will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once we receive the returned package, we will send out a replacement package to you. If this item is no longer available, we will either credit your account or contact you to arrange for a replacement product. Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 10 days of the delivery date.
All product returns (unless due to our error) are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee, and must be shipped back to us at the recipients expense.
